I hesitated to publish this one. Basically, Hásan cites as the only reason we made it on time that I thought the film was at an earlier time.
A way to be on time and ‘beat the system’ is to schedule online tasks, such as inbox cleaning, photo purging, facebookeeping, or bill paying immediately preceding the event at the event venue. This trick should always work since no one can ever catch up with e-media.
We were on time for Scott’s birthday mainly because we were merely hanging out for the few hours leading up to the event.
When you host a potluck party there really isn’t much room to be late, some of the guests will unavoidably be early. This is because you become the “receiving end” of everyone’s 15 minute buffer.

We barely made it on the ferry to Brementon and Luis felt lucky we made the ferry we facetiously said we could make. Realistically we were on to the next hour plus ferry. We acted as our old selves and dashed to the ferry terminal with seconds to spare. Literally. By pure chance we were allowed on board. Then we joked about being “on time” knowing very well what we had just pulled off.
